McDonald’s recognizes Mountain Grove teacher as an Outstanding Educator

Mountain Grove teacher Sarah Stilwell received her recognition from Mountain Grove McDonald’s General Manager Paula Wells and Hilburn-Vaini McDonald’s Area Supervisor Jen Depler.

Mountain Grove Elementary teacher Sarah Stilwell was celebrated for being selected as a 2024 McDonald’s Outstanding Educator.
Mountain Grove McDonald’s General Manager Paula Wells and Hilburn-Vaini McDonald’s Area Supervisor Jen Depler visited the school to present Stilwell with the award and a $100 Gift Card. Local McDonald’s restaurants started this award program five years ago to celebrate area teachers and honor them for exhibiting the ultimate dedication to their students and going the extra mile to contribute to the improvement of education. Stilwell was selected from a pool of over 400 nominations.
“Our local educators consistently give their best to ensure the success of our students,” said local McDonald’s Owner/Operator Andi Hilburn-Vaini. “Sarah truly deserves this recognition, and it’s an honor to celebrate all that she does for children in Mountain Grove community.”
Stilwell was nominated for displaying an exceptional ability to work with youths of all ages. Her knowledge and guidance is sought out by countless numbers of educators. Her dedication to education is always above and beyond what is asked. Overall, she shows the kind of passion that anyone and everyone would want out of a teacher for their children.
