The Bearded Barber is now open

The Bearded Barber has been serving customers since July 18 and providing hair cuts at 105 S. Oak Ave. in Mansfield.
Jacob Haulman graduated Barber school this past May and opened the traditional barber shop that also provides hot shaves and beard grooming.
His business motto is “we can’t fix your life, but we can fix your hair.”
Haulman added that he’s happy with being a barber in the town.
“It’s something that I enjoy doing,” Haulman added. “I get to talk with different people every day.”
Haulman and his wife, Bridget, are originally from Washington state and moved to Mansfield in 2017. They have eight children, that include Haeley, 19; Jacob Jr., 17; Jarod, 15; Jason, 14; Harmoney, 11; Heatherley, 10; Hannah, 7; and Helaenah, 5. The couple also has three dogs and are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Mountain Grove. In 2019, Jacob was stationed at Camp Pendleton and was active in the United States Marine Corps. After retiring from active duty in 2022, the family came back to Missouri. At this time, Jacob was a claims adjuster for Farmers Insurance before later going to barber school.
The Bearded Barber is open from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Wednesdays and Fridays. They are open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays and walk-ins are welcome.
