Several City of Mountain Grove employees recently provided a celebratory send-off to Rick Outersky, recent Interim City Administrator for the City of Mountain Grove. Outersky stepped in to help the City when the position was vacated before a meeting. He stayed on to help with the transition of new City Administrator Dakota Bates. “I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rick Outersky for his commitment to Mountain Grove as Interim City Administrator,” Bates said. “Rick didn’t hesitate to come out of retirement to serve his City during a time of transition, and his dedication has made a lasting impact. I especially appreciate the confidence and support he has shown me as I step into this role. We wish him nothing but the best as he enjoys retirement once more.”
