The Wright County Health Department’s schedule for October 2025. Office Hours:
Mountain Grove office: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., 417-926-0009.
Hartville office: Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., 417-741-7791.

In cooperation with the Missouri Department of Health. Mountain Grove WIC Recertification/Food Instruments schedule is from 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m. on Oct. 2, 6th 1-3:15 p.m., 7, 14, 16, 20, 21, 27, 28 and 30 at (WCHD – Veterans Memorial Park).  Hartville WIC Recertification/Food Instruments schedule is from 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m. on Oct. 9 and 23. Mansfield WIC Recertification/Food Instruments is from 8:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m. on Oct. 6 at the (Mansfield Community Center). Childhood immunizations Oct. 14 in Mountain Grove and Hartville on Oct. 8. STI and HIV testing, Family Planning, Breast and Cervical cancer screenings at both offices. All services are by appointment only. Missouri Birth certificates are $15 and Death certificates are $14.
