There were 67 cases on the docket on July 11 and a few with guilty pleas for Judge Craig Carter.
James Wilson, 38, of Hartville, received five years supervised probation for second degree domestic assault.
Travis Hire, 38, of Fulton, received four years in the Department of Corrections (DOC) for unlawful uses of a weapon (possess weapon and a felony controlled substance) and five years in the DOC for possession of a controlled substance.
Eldora Frye, 72, of Seymour, received five years supervised probation for failure to register as a sex offender.
Mark Skorvanik, 58, of Albuquerque, N.M., received five years supervised probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Eric Dark, 41, of Rogers, Ark., received five years supervised probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Noah Durrenberger, 20, of Mansfield, received five years supervised probation for resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person.
David Henderson Jr., 38, of Willow Springs, received two years supervised probation for a peace disturbance, first offense.
Derek Savoie, 38, of Mountain View, received five years supervised probation for second degree burglary. There were two cases for the charge.
Jerry Ramsey, 48, of Mansfield, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance and there was a guilty plea. Sentencing is set for Sep. 16.
Adam Scott, 28, of Niangua, received five years supervised probation for third degree domestic assault.
Billy Gleason, 68, of Mountain Grove, received four years in the DOC for keeping of maintaining a public nuisance and also received 25 years for second degree trafficking of drugs.
There were a few probation cases wit ha DOC sentence. Eric Davis, 39, of Farmington, received five years in the DOC; John Richardson, 34, of Springfield, received seven years in the DOC revolved around multiple forgery charges; Heath Farrar, 47, of Louisburg, received five years in the DOC; Christina Stubbs, 42, of Mountain Grove, received four years in the DOC; and Sonny Haywood, 44, of Galena, received 120 days in the DOC.
On July 16, Judge Carter had 29 cases on the docket and a couple with guilty pleas. Lacy Worthen, 41, of Mountain Grove, received two years supervised probation for stealing.
Sadie Terrill, 35, of Mansfield, received two years supervised probation for peace disturbance, a first offense.
There were probation cases for Shane Loper, 38, of Springfield, with a DOC sentence. He received seven years in the DOC and there were two cases he was involved in.
