Hartville rallies to beat Sparta, 10-9

Hartville’s baseball team won a classic in Sparta last week after they saw their five-run, first inning turn into a 9-5 deficit through five innings.
The Eagles responded by scoring four to tie the game in the sixth before Cole Sinning scored on an error in the seventh to complete a rally for a 10-9 victory.
TJ Kline led the offense with two RBIs, two walks and two runs scored; Brock Jones had two RBIs and one run scored; Heston Lowery had one RBI; and Gus Sinning scored twice.
On the mound, Truett Coryell tossed three and two-thirds innings and gave up five earned runs on four hits with six strikeouts and four walks.
Gus Sinning tossed two scoreless, no-hit inning and had five strikeouts two walks.
Cole Sinning tossed a scoreless one and a third innings and allowed three hits with two strikeout sand one walk.
