MSU-West Plains celebrates faculty, staff for Employee Appreciation Week

Officials at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) celebrated Employee Appreciation Week June 16-20 to recognize faculty and staff for their hard work during the past academic year. Employees gathered for a group photo at the Smith-London Centennial Bell Tower, enjoyed an ice cream social, celebrated Juneteenth with a day off and got an early start to their weekend with an early release on June 20. Employee Appreciation Week is held each year to celebrate the efforts of faculty and staff in the success of the university, officials said. MSU-WP currently has 138 full-time and 88 part-time employees.
