Mansfield Seniors hold SilverSplash classes

Currently, our SilverSplash Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. in the morning and 6 p.m. in the evening. The cost is only $3 per session if you do not have the SilverSneakers or Renew Active membership. This month of July has brought warmer weather which gives us nice, warm water to enjoy. 
The aqua exercise offers fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. It also helps to develop strength, balance and coordination. It is beneficial for those who have arthritis, osteoporosis, and stress. It improves the physical and mental health and wellbeing of every participant. In other words, “It is good for the body, mind and soul.”
