Two Mansfield golfers compete at Class 1 state

The inaugural season for the Mansfield Lady Lions’ golf team came to an end last week after two golfers competed in the Class 1 state championships held Oct. 21-22 at Crown Pointe Golf Club in Farmington.
Addison Jones shot a 105 on day one and followed it with a 110 on a windy day two for a total score of 215.
This was good enough for 63rd place in a field of nearly 90 golfers.
Mylee Sullivan shot an impressive 104 on day one, but struggled on day two with a 121 for a two-day total of 225.
This was good for 75th place.
