Several riders enjoy Bud Hutchison’s Memorial Trail Ride in Champion

Bud Hutchison’s Memorial Trail Ride took out on its spring 2026 episode from Champion about 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
No bears or bad dogs or rough water crossings marred their journey and it was described as a good ride on a beautiful day.
The roads were good and being made better by a trio of road graders the group encountered on the return trip.

The big white dog, a local resident, accompanied the equestrians on their pleasant ramble and was pleased to get back home to Champion—Looking on the bright side!
