Shop With A Hero program has great year

The Shop With A Hero program was once again a success. Recently, area first responders, law enforcement and firefighters, among others, joined together to participate in the program. It was reported that each child was able to spend $200 on gifts from their wish list. The event each year makes a positive impact on the lives of children and families who are blessed through the generosity of the annual Shop With A Hero program. Mountain Grove Police Chief Danny Bledsoe noted in his report that this was the largest event in his 28 years of participation and the money given to each participant was the most ever.
