Norwood’s Blakey to be inducted into Hall of Fame
A Missouri Sports Hall of Fame class that features such greats as former St. Louis Cardinals’ legend, Jose Oquendo, will also feature a former Norwood Pirates’ pitcher.

As a pitcher, Blakey was 29-5 with a 2.50 ERA, averaging 12 strikeouts a game in 2002.
He went to Evangel University before coaching youth baseball for a decade.
