Judith Ann Wihebrink
Judith Ann Wihebrink, 85, of Cassville, passed away at her favorite place, her home, Monday, Sep. 22, 2025, surrounded by her family holding her hands, listening to her favorite music, while enjoying pictures and memories of the past. She was born March 30, 1940 in Hartville, the daughter of John and Eula (Prock) Jordan. On Aug. 28, 1959 in Springfield, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Ronald Earl Wihebrink, who preceded her in death on Sep. 9, 2021. Also preceding her in death were her parents and brothers, Paul, Joel, Monte, Danny and Reggie Jordan. Surviving are her daughters, Vickie Jansen and husband, Wim, of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Teresa Norton and husband, Bryan, of Columbia; five grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Judith grew up and attended school in Hartville, graduating from Hartville High School in 1958. For 25 years, she was employed by FASCO Industries in Cassville, as a welder, from where she retired. Judith found happiness in being outdoors while fishing and hunting, she also enjoyed woodburning, crafts, and crocheting. Later in life, she loved sitting quietly in the bay window of her home, watching wildlife in the surrounding woods. Yet, nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her kitchen was an area of love and learning, where she taught them to make cinnamon rolls before they were even one year old, a tradition that sprinkled sweetness into their lives. These cherished little ones were her pride and joy. The lessons Judith imparted to her daughters were a reflection of the life she led. One of her greatest life lessons was caring for those in need, along with loving and giving. Since 1972, she had been a member of Mill Street Church of Christ. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Jerry Thomas will conduct the service. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Contributions may be made to Fair Haven Children’s Home in memory of Judith.
