Karma Murr speaks to retired Wright County personnel
Karma Murr was the speaker for the last Wright County Retired School Personnel meeting back on April 15.
Wright County Retired School Personnel met Tuesday, April 15 at the Faith Community Nazarene Church in Mountain Grove. We would like to invite all Wright County school personnel who are retiring this year to join our organization, plus those who retired in previous years but have not participated in our organization to attend meetings and find out some of the things we do. Chief among our goals is protecting pensions for retired educators and support staff. We can all get behind that!
Our speaker was Karma Murr. Ms. Murr spoke to us about some of the most common and serious diseases among Americans. She told us about causes, symptoms, and preventative measures for these diseases. She also shared some of her knowledge about medicinal herbs and their uses. She also cautioned us to inform our medical doctors of all over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal remedies we are using or considering.
Our next meeting will be May 20.
