McDonald’s recognizes Mountain Grove teacher as a top educator

Local McDonald’s of Mountain Grove Owner/Operator, Andi Hilburn-Vaini, is proud to recognize Tiffany Mooney, a dedicated educator at Mountain Grove Middle School, as one of the 2025 McDonald’s Outstanding Educators. Representatives from Mountain Grove McDonald’s presented Mooney with a gift card and certificate in recognition of her exceptional commitment to students and the community.
Now in its sixth year, the McDonald’s Outstanding Educators Awards program celebrates teachers who demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and passion in their classrooms.
Each honoree receives a gift card and certificate as a token of appreciation for their hard work and positive impact on students.
“It’s an honor to recognize Tiffany for the incredible work she does every day,” said Hilburn-Vaini.
“Teachers like her make a lasting difference in the lives of their students and in our communities.” Since the program began in 2020, local McDonald’s restaurants across the area have awarded 337 teachers with $52,700 in cash to recognize their dedication.
