Mountain Grove announces several items at Board meeting

Several items were approved in the recent June 25 meeting for the Mountain Grove R-III School Board.
A large list of items approved include meeting minutes for May 21, May 23 and June 10; the May and June 2025 financial statements; the 2024-2025 budget transfers; payment of bills; 2025-2026 budget; 2025-2026 free and reduced meal eligibility; surplus sale; 2025-26 certified salary schedule and administrator indexes; the AMI plan; Board policy GB-1; A+ appeal; and denied track public access at football games.
Resignations were accepted for both Stacey Anderson and Kali Jones, middle school volleyball; Stephani Burton, COTA; Christy Gardner, elementary librarian; and Aimee Nelson, paraprofessional.
Employment was approved for elementary teachers Laura Wakefield and Violet Wilson; additional substitute teachers for 2024-2025; Bobbi Jo Bayer, middle school teacher; Sheena Page, middle school cheer; Michael Mallow, part-time JDC teacher; Teresa Durham, virtual coordinator; and paraprofessionals Mia Gonzales and Tiffany Hines.
