Seymour Bank donates to Mansfield R-V

Seymour Bank President Kirk Penner recently presented a check to Mansfield Superintendent Dr. Clint Hall with a Mansfield Lion School Pride donation for the school year.
This is the third year that Mansfield has received a donation from The Seymour Bank. This year’s check was for $1,894.75. The total amount that has been given to the Mansfield school system is $3,958.05. How the program works is when a Seymour Bank customer with a Mansfield Lions School Pride Card uses it and does the transaction where they sign for it. The Seymour bank then donates ..05 cents for that transaction. So this year’s donation of $1,894.75 represents a total of 37,895 swipes! 
Since the program was started by The Seymour Bank in 2008, they have donated a total of $244,194.45 to the five schools that are in the program. The participating schools are Seymour, Fordland, Marshfield, Rogersville and Mansfield.
