Juliana M. Moore, Mountain Grove, has been awarded the Everett and Opal Parrott Memorial Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains. Moore, a 2013 graduate of Mountain Grove High School in Mountain Grove, is a sophomore at Missouri State-West Plains who plans to pursue a degree in teaching. She is the wife of Dameon Moore, Mountain Grove, and the daughter of Tim and Melissa Cantrell, Graff. Missouri State University-West Plains provides accessible, affordable and quality educational opportunities.
