Mansfield R-V Schools hire new superintendent

During a special session on Friday, Dec. 30, the Mansfield R-V School Board hired Dr. Clint Hall as the next superintendent for the district. Dr. Hall currently serves as the Junior High/High School principal at Gainesville.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to join the Mansfield School District and I’m looking forward to meeting faculty, administrators, staff, and community members,” said Dr Hall. “I’m excited for us to work as a team in providing our students with the greatest environment and experiences for learning.”

Dr. Hall brings to Mansfield many years of educational experience in a variety of positions.

In addition to his time at Gainesville, Dr. Hall served the Ava R-I School District for eight-years as the elementary principal. He has also taught high school history and math for the Norwood School District. Dr. Hall is a proven instructional leader with strengths in communication, curriculum, relationships, parent involvement, and a community focus.

Dr. Hall received his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lindenwood University in 2016. He has a graduate degree in administration from Missouri State as well as an undergraduate degree from Drury University.  Additionally, he has had a variety of specialty educational trainings in content areas including standards-based grading, Professional Learning Communities, The Foundations of Leader In Me , team building, data analysis and course design, educator effectiveness, and comprehensive planning.

He is married to Shelby Hall, and they have two children, Scarlett and Rolen. Dr. Hall was offered a two year contract by the district and will begin his new role with Mansfield on July 1.
