Wright County Circuit Court cases in July
There were 47 cases on the docket for Judge Craig Carter on July 9 with a few guilty pleas entered.
Joseph Magera, 62, of New Market, Ala., received two years unsupervised probation for interference with custody.
Rebecca Magera, 62, of Mountain Grove, received two years unsupervised probation for interference with custody.
Terry Dill, 59, of Grovespring, had a charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Sentencing is set for Oct. 20.
Chadwick Smith, 38, of Mansfield, has a charge of third degree assault. Sentencing was set for Aug. 18 and was being rescheduled.
Somchai Ditsunon, 58, of Memphis, Ark., received three years in the Department of Corrections (DOC), for possession of a controlled substance.
Basil Price IV, 35, of Mansfield, received five years supervised probation for third degree assault.
Christina Dent, 41, of Mansfield, received seven years in the DOC for possession of a controlled substance.
There were two probation cases with a DOC sentence. They were for City Holloway, 34, of Mountain Grove, received our years in the DOC and Justin Perry, 26, of Potosi, received five years in the DOC.
There were 43 cases on the docket for Judge Carter on July 28.
Lee Robert James Mowers, 36, of Mansfield, received two years unsupervised probation for fourth degree assault.
Edward France, 43, of Mansfield, received five years in the DOC for first degree burglary, second degree domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.
Aubrey Ballew, 48, of Hartville, received four years in the DOC for unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon (discharge into a home).
Thomas Griffin II, 49, of Mountain Grove, received three years in the DOC for third degree domestic assault.
Chloe Stewart, 21, of Mountain Grove, received five years supervised probation for first degree stalking (first offense).
Steve Green, 46, of Kansas City, received seven years in the DOC for possession of a controlled substance.
Bruce Jack, 77, of Mountain Grove, received five years in the DOC for enticement or attempted enticement of a child (actor 21 years of age or older and child less than 17 years of age).
Melissa Prestage, 42, of Sparta, has charges for possession of a controlled substance and second degree arson. Sentencing is set for Oct. 8.
The probation cases with a DOC sentence are for Chance Chambers, 28, of Mountain Grove, received four years in the DOC and Clint Overton, 49, of Mansfield, received four years in the DOC.
