Lady Panthers’ players get All-SCA, All-District nods

Several Mountain Grove Lady Panthers’ volleyball players earned All-South Central Association (SCA) Conference honors and All-District honors as the team won both titles this season.
Head coach Ashley Kell was named the SCA Coach of the Year while Raylee Stenzel was named the SCA Player of the Year.
First team honors went to Stenzel while Makenna McGowan, a libero, and Sophee Peterson both earned second team honors.
Aubrie Gerla was an honorable mention selection.
District
As for Class 3, District 11, seven Lady Panthers earned All-District honors.
Stenzel and McGowan were both first team selections.
Erecka Penner, Peterson and Gerla were named to the second team.
Meanwhile, Landry Golden and Sadie Schober received honorable mention honors.
